In May, the annual Chesterton Heritage Weekend took place. HCS were invited to sing for the Saturday afternoon as visitors went round the displays.

In march 2009, the choir ventured off to Nuneaton to sing in an RSCM festival event. We joined other choirs from around Coventry and Warwickshire to sing for an awards ceremony.
